How to use the module: Staff Advance Salary
The Odoo default behavior did not provide the staff advance salary linked with the payroll. That is why we build this module to support the advance salary. It has the level of approval and it will link to the payroll if the advance salary is approved.
Ability to approve / reject the staff advance salary
Ability to cancel / reset draft of advance salary
Ability to link the approve staff salary to the payroll when generating payslip
To make this module work in your database. You have to follow these steps as below:
Step 1: Purchase this module
Step 2: Copy and paste this module to your folder custom addons
Step 3: Rebuild your server
Step 4: Install app
After install the app, then you will be able to use the feature in this module as the below demonstration:
Step 1: Go to employee > Advance Salary. You will see the list of advance salary as below screenshot
Step 2: Click Create button to create draft advance salary then you will see the form as below:
Step 3: Input the required field and click save or submit to move to the next step as below screenshot, when move to submit, there will be one activity to do for approve as below screenshot
Step 4: Either click approve or reject, then the stage will be move accordingly
Step 5: When the advanced salary confirmed, then when compute pay slip, it will generate input too
