How to use the module: HR - Overtime
The Odoo default behavior did not provide the overtime request so it is difficult for HR to manage the overtime request from employee. That is why we build this module to support the overtime request. It has the level of approval of when employee request overtime so top management level can approve it
Ability to approve / reject the staff overtime request
Ability to cancel / reset draft of overtime request
To make this module work in your database. You have to follow these steps as below:
Step 1: Purchase this module
Step 2: Copy and paste this module to your folder custom addons
Step 3: Rebuild your server
Step 4: Install app
After install the app, then you will be able to use the feature in this module as the below demonstration:
Step 1: Go to employee > Overtime. You will see the list of overtime request as below screenshot
Step 2: Click Create button to create draft overtime then you will see the form as below:
Step 3: Input the required field and click save or submit to move to the next step as below screenshot, when move to submit, there will be one activity to do for approve as below screenshot
Step 4: Either click approve or reject, then the stage will be move accordingly
