User guide â Journal Entries Print
Follow these steps to install the module, print one journal entry PDF, and download one PDF for multiple selected journal entries.
1. Install the module
- Go to Apps, remove the Apps filter, search Journal Entries Print, then click Install.
- Open Accounting > Journal Entries.
- Use any draft or posted journal entry to test report generation.
2. Print one journal entry PDF
- Open any journal entry from list view.
- Click Print and select Journal Entries PDF.
- Download and verify header details and line totals.
3. Print multiple entries from list view
- Return to Accounting > Journal Entries list.
- Select multiple journal entries using checkboxes.
- Open Action menu and click Download Journal Entries PDF.
4. Validate report content
- Check the summary section for entry number, journal, date, reference, and company.
- Review each line item for account, partner, label, due date, taxes, debit, and credit.
- Confirm total debit and total credit are shown at the bottom.
5. Daily usage
- Use Print for single record output.
- Use Action for multi-record consolidated PDF output.
- No additional setup is required after installation.

- Required app: Accounting (account).
- Odoo version: Implemented for Odoo 16.
7. Functional scope
- This module adds reporting features only for journal entries.
