Microsoft 365 or Office 365 Account
First create or login to your Microsoft 365 or Office 365 account to transfer data.
Register an App in Microsoft Azure
Click on "App registrations" to create a new App in Microsoft Azure.
Add Details of the App
Select Supported account types as Accounts in any organizational directory and personal Microsoft accounts.
Set Redirect URI as localhost_address/office/auth
Add API Permissions
After App registration, to add API Permissions click on the "API permissions" menu and click on the "Add a permission" button.
Select the Microsoft Graph --> Delegated permissions
Then select Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and User permissions as shown in below screenshots
Copy Application (client) ID and Client Secret and paste in odoo

Sync Contacts
Enable Sync Contacts to import Contacts from Office 365.
Sync Task
Enable Sync Task to import ToDo's from Office 365.
Export Contacts and Task
Can export all Contacts and Tasks by clicking the options under Action menu.
Push Events
By clicking "Push Events to Office 365", all employee leaves will be push as Office 365 calendar events.
Single Contact Export
To export a single contact from Odoo to Office 365, open the corresponding Contact form view/select from the list view and from Action click on "Export Contact to Office 365"
Customer Tracking
Customer and calendar events will create when a lead is creating in odoo to track the customer.
Office 365 Imported Contacts Filter
The "Office 365 Imported Contacts" filter in Contacts, helps to filter all Contacts imported from Office 365
Export Validation: Duplicate Contact in Office 365
If a user attempts to export a Contact that already exists in Office 365, a validation error will be displayed.
