Hello, 

Please share your issue with video. Because this module just exporting the excel file there is no any code to change in customer invoice.

Odoo 12v: After APP is instaled, all invoices (Invoicing/Customers/Invoices) are with wrong document name: instead of document name "Invoice o VAT invoice" there is the invoice "Yournal name". 
APP dodesn't work on sale invoices in Invoices. It is not suitable for sales invoices (the name of APP is confusing), but just for Quations export to excel.
