Implementation of “On Duty” module after installation. You will notice an “On Duty” icon on the dashboard after installing the “On Duty” module.

Implementation of “On Duty” project after installation. You will see a “On Duty” project on the “Project Module” dashboard after installing the “On Duty” module.

Selecting “On Duty Approval Configuration.” The user can choose the “On Duty Approval Configuration” for the official who will approve their request in this section.

Selecting “On Duty Approval Configuration” approval type. Here, the user can input the title of the person who will approve the request and then select the person’s name in accordance with that title.

Implementing On Duty Request The name of the applicant who is submitting the On Duty Request is displayed here by default. Additionally, you can choose below who will accept your request based on their title.

How to use Approval Remarks? The “Approve” button, when clicked, brings up a Wizard screen where you can provide “Approval Remarks.” After that, press the “Submit” button.

Implementing the “Task” smart button. When you click the "Submit" button, a smart button labelled "Task" appears as seen in the image.

Information about “On Duty” task and timesheet details. When you click the “Task” button, a page containing details about your on-duty function will appear. Additionally, it will display information about the initially intended hours and the percentage of those hours that you really worked.
