OPD Queue & Token Display (Enhanced)
A turnkey OPD queue system for clinics and hospitals — token management, TV display, Twilio SMS & WhatsApp automation, DLT-ready templates, inbound/outbound message logs and scheduled reminders.
Install: Extract the module into your
custom_addons folder, restart Odoo, update apps list and install OPD Queue Token Enhanced.Highlights

Configuration

Message Templates
Define SMS and WhatsApp templates per event (created, called, next). Store DLT template IDs for India-specific routing.
Monitoring & Logs
View outbound message logs and inbound messages. Logs include Twilio response codes and full payload for troubleshooting.
Reminders & Automation
Scheduled cron job sends reminders when remaining tokens ≤ queue.reminder_before. Configurable cooldown prevents spamming.
Security & Permissions
Standard Odoo model access controls applied. Configure access rights via Settings → Users.
