To access the extended functionality of the Repairs module, you need to have some of the following permissions.


In addition to the standard menus, additional configurations for repairs and vehicles have been added.


Among the configurable options are the default values.


The products with which we are going to work on the repairs must be configured.


An order must be created to start the flow.


In the "Draft" state we can create orders related to the current order.


The relationship of each order is seen as follows.


To begin a repair, you must enter the product/equipment into the warehouse.


Once the incoming delivery note is created, the repair moves to the "Pick" status.


When the related delivery note is validated, the repair order moves to the "Confirmed" status.


Each repair order has a session related to the vehicle data.


"Parts" session has been improved; it now includes discounts.


The same thing happens with the "Operations" session.


To complete the repair, the product/equipment must be removed from our warehouse.


When you go to the "Action/Generate outgoing picking" section, a wizard appears with the following data.


Before validating the related delivery note, the following text is displayed on the repair order.


After validating the delivery note, the repair order moves to the "To be invoiced" status. We can then generate the invoice related to the order.


When creating the invoice, the order would go to "Repaired" status and would look like this.


From the order, we can send the estimate and print the repair order in the relevant states.


The improved reports with the new features would look like this.


The list and search views provide the user with filters and groupings that make the module very easy to use.
