Approvals for the Employee creation.

Create an Employee & keep it as Archived status so that your manager/senior will review the record and approve it.

Overview

You can Create an Employee, based on the configuration approvals will be sent to the respective HR manager.
Purpose - There will be no permissions in Odoo for employee creation, however approvals are provided here to minimise perplexity.

Features

Under Employee Settings, there is a checkbox; if checked, approvals will be processed.

In the user master, choose the HR Manager checkbox to determine who should get approvals.

After they are created, employees will not be visible at all. In the meantime, you need to click the Send for approval option.

After seeing the mail, the mapped HR manager can click the "Approve" button to take them to the employee page.

Being approved the employee will be seen everywhere.

Enable the Checkbox to proceed for Employee Creation Approvals

If the user is a HR Manager then enable the checkbox here(Only the checkbox enabled users can able to see the approve button).

Create an Employee

Create an Employee, Until approved it will not be visible anywhere. Click Send for approval so, that mail will send to the Manager.

Waiting for Approval

Manager can click Approve or Reject button.

By clicking the Manager field it will redirect to the another Employee, there is an HR Settings tab,in which related user is mapped. To this mapped user only send for approval mail will send.
