This Module works on both community and enterprise editions

This APP allows you to manage parking slots inside a building or any other physical space, you can add parking slots, parking locations, manage bookings, and create invoices.

Configuration

Lets start by adding parking locations:

Parking Locations

Adding parking Locations will allow you to seperate all booking infomraiton across mutiple parkings, users who have access to parking A will not be able to see records from parking B, however, users in the headoffice will be able to view all records. Go to the configuration menu and select Locations, in this configuration form, you will be able to add mutiple parking locations, for example: Parking Basement

Add a new location, notice from the image below that you can specify the free parking time allowed for this location:

Booking Category

In this configuration form, you will be able to create Parking categories, for example: cars, bikes and trucks, in the below form we have created a new category for cars

Decide the rate for the category, if its fixed or hourly, if you click add slots, you can add the slots inside this category, every category could have multiple slots, for example you have 5 slots of cars like in this screenshot below. if you click on Add slots, the system will automatically generate the slots for you:

Booking Slots

In this configuration you can edit the slots that were generated:

Notice that the above image contains a flag for Valet parking, if ticked: it will mark the slot as a valet parking during the booking process.

DashBoard:

The system contains a beautiful dashboard that shows you all the slots that are currently booked, bookings that are waiting to be invoiced, available parking lots, and much more

You can search for bookings by any column right from the dashboard:

You can also control column visibility on the fly:

Bookings:

To create a new booking, click on bookings

Click on Create:

If the slot is a valet parking slot then you will be asked to select the driver:

Save the form then click on check in to check in the car, as you can see the bar code was automatically generated:

Click on Print Checkin Reference to print the parking slip and give to customer:

once the car leaves the parking, click on check out, the system will automatically calculate the duration and the amount to be charged to the customer:

Click on create invoice to invoice the customer:

you can also click invoice ticket to see this small invoice:

now that the invoice is created, you can see it on the booking form:
