Customer Satisfaction Thermometer
This Odoo module enhances the Contacts app by introducing a visual and configurable Customer Satisfaction rating system. It allows companies to associate each partner with a satisfaction level using intuitive icons and structured data.
Each satisfaction level:
- Is represented by a colored icon (e.g., thermometer or emoticon)
- Is linked via a Many2one field on the contact form
- Is visible and editable in form, kanban, and list views
- Can be used for filtering, grouping, and reporting
All changes are tracked in the chatter to ensure transparency and historical context.
This ensures that customer feedback and relationship quality are clearly visible across the platform, supporting better decision-making and client engagement.
