Partner Last Activity Datetime
Description
This module tracks and records the date and time of the latest customer activity, such as when an email is sent to the customer or when a scheduled activity with the type 'call' or 'meeting' is marked as done for the associated partner. These actions' timestamps are captured exclusively when they occur within Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Follow-up Reports, and CRM interactions.
Functionality
After installing the module, a new non-editable field, 'Last Activity Date’, will appear on the contact form.
In a sales order, send an email/a note in the send message/a log note to the customer or schedule an activity with the activity type either Call/Meeting and mark it as done.

Click the internal link next to the customer name and it can be seen that the Last Activity Date field has been updated.
Note: The “Last Activity Date” field is also updated when the above actions are performed in the Invoice, Credit Note, Follow-up report, and CRM.
