• It ensures goods are received on operational days of the destined warehouse, avoiding delays caused by warehouse closures on non-working days.

• It alerts users when attempting to schedule a receipt on an unavailable date, preventing potential disruptions to the supply chain.

How to use Purchase Warehouse Calendar

• Install the Stock Warehouse Calendar module first
• In a Purchase Order, system will take into account the Warehouse's Operation Days and Public Holidays. When a receipt is scheduled to arrived at a certain date and it turned out the Warehouse is closed that day, then the Expected Arrival date will be updated to the next available dates
• If user tried to change the Expected Arrival at an unavailable date, then system will raise a warning that the chosen date is an Unavailable Date.
• Warning is raised when user tried to change the Purchase Order Line's Expected Arrival Date.
• Planned Date is altered when a replenishment is ran for products having a Buy route and the planned date was scheduled at a non operational day / public holiday
