Complete Workflow for Purchase Order Shipment And Bill Status Odoo App
Enable the Purchase Order Shipment and Bill Status feature in the system and create a Purchase Order. After confirming the order, process the related Shipment (Receipt) from the Inventory module. The system automatically updates the Shipment Status as Partially Shipped or Fully Shipped based on the received quantities. Next, generate the Vendor Bill from the Purchase Order and register the payment in the Accounting module. The module automatically updates and displays the Shipment Status and Bill Payment Status directly in the Purchase Order Tree View and Form View, allowing users to easily track delivery and payment progress.
Track invoice details from Sale Odoo App
1. When we create a Purchase Order, the fields Fully Shipped, Partially Shipped, Fully Paid, and Partially Paid are disabled.
2. After order confirmation, you can create a receipt for the products.
3. If I want to validate only half of the products, I can process a partial receipt.
4. Partially Shipped is enabled in both the Purchase Order form view and tree view since the full quantity of products has not yet been received, and once the products are received, the bill is created.
5. payment is made for the half of the products that have been received.
6. In the Purchase Order tree view and form view, the Partially Paid status will be enabled because a partial (half) payment has been made.
7.receiving the remaining products, the receipt is completed, and it will become Fully Shipped because all the products have been received.
8. Once the remaining payment is completed and even if an extra payment is made the Fully Paid option will be enabled.
Also, the statuses Fully Shipped, Partially Shipped, Fully Paid, and Partially Paid can be tracked in both the Purchase Order tree view and form view.
9. The filters Fully Shipped, Partially Shipped, Fully Paid, and Partially Paid are available, allowing all Purchase Orders to be easily filtered based on their shipment and payment status.
