POS Loyalty Redeem Payment
Allow customers to redeem loyalty points as a payment method in POS. Reward loyalty and speed up checkout!
Loyalty Points as Payment
Customers can redeem available loyalty points to pay directly at POS.
Live Conversion
System automatically calculates the equivalent value of points in currency.

Redeemed points are logged and visible in order details and customer history.
12-Step Workflow
Complete redemption process at POS.
Step 1: Create Gift Card
click "Create" to generate a new gift card.
Step 2: Select Payment method option
Select the "Payment Method" option to proceed with configuring the desired payment type.
Step 3: Generate gift cards
Generate gift cards.
Step 4: Enable the checkbox labeled "Used for loyalty program" to allow this payment method for point redemption.
Step 5: Add Gift card
Choose "Gift Card" as a payment method.
Step 6: Select gift card payment method option
Select the "Gift Card" payment method option to redeem loyalty points or apply gift card balance.
Step 7: Enter gift card code
Select the "Gift Card" payment method option to redeem loyalty points or apply gift card balance.
Step 8: Add Remaining Payment
If needed, complete the remaining payment with cash or card.
Step 9: Validate Order
Click validate to finalize and record the sale.
Step 10: Backend Loyalty Payment in Receipt
Displays redeemed loyalty payment as a payment method on backend POS receipts.
Step 10: Customer Receives Receipt
Receipt shows redeemed points and new balance.
Step 12: Order Payment Detail View
Order Detail view show payment detail.
