POS SkipCash — Qatar QR Payment
Accept SkipCash payments at the Point of Sale through a simple QR-code flow. Cashier hits Send, customer scans the QR with their phone, POS confirms the payment automatically.

SkipCash is one of the most popular hosted payment gateways for Qatar-based merchants. This module brings it to the Odoo Point of Sale: the cashier closes the order, a QR appears on the customer-facing screen, the customer scans and pays on their phone, and Odoo automatically marks the payment as received.

The POS polls SkipCash every few seconds and closes the popup the moment the gateway confirms successful.
Sandbox & Production
Toggle between SkipCash sandbox and production with a single checkbox on the payment method.
Manager-Locked Credentials
Key ID, Client ID and Key Secret are visible only to POS managers — cashiers never see secrets.
Easy Cancel
The QR popup has a Cancel button. The POS releases the payment line and the cashier can pick a different method.

Requirements
On the server
Python package skipcash (declared as an external dependency — pip install skipcash).
On your SkipCash dashboard
Generate a Client ID, Key ID and Key Secret with sufficient scope to create payments and read their status.
