Point of Sales with Customer Wallet Payment Management
This Odoo apps allow digital wallet/e-wallet facility in Odoo Point Of Sale. This Odoo module is complete features of customer digital wallet management system for POS which manages the wallet balance, pay orders and bill using e-Wallet, recharge wallet.Accounting entries managed properly Whenever wallet amount use for payment or recharge done for wallet as well as when first time balance allocated on wallet. This Odoo apps also have automatic email send features when wallet amount will be updated i.e Recharge or payment from wallet.
If you are using a POS and want to add balance to your customer wallet then this will be the good module for use. By using this module you can easily add/update wallet balance of your customer . This wallet can be used as Payment on time of POS payment which special POS Wallet journal. Customer wallet balance can easily shown on each customer on POS screen , So don't need to go back and check each customer's wallet balance, When any order made that customer's wallet balance will shown in front of cashier. So easily choose whether wants to pay from Wallet Balance (partially or fully) or pay from card/cash (normal payment method of odoo).

Under the Point of Sale > Wallet Management > Wallet Transactions menu users can see a created transaction for the wallet.

Account payment entry is also generated for customer wallet transactions.
Reconciled Payment Journal Entries
Users can also see and reconcile account payment journal entries for wallet transactions.
Wallet Payment Journal Configuration
Users can also see and reconcile account payment journal entries for wallet transactions.
Wallet Payment Method Configuration
Users can create payment methods for wallets and enable the "Wallet Journal" option.
Users need to also add created payment method to the pos payment method in session configurations to use the wallet amount.
Customer Wallet in Point Of Sale
Users can see the customer's wallet amount on point of sale screen, User can also recharge the wallet by clicking the "Wallet" button for a specific customer from point of sale screen.
POS Wallet Recharge on POS
On the "Wallet Recharge" wizard user need to select the payment journal and enter the amount to add the balance.
Wallet Recharge Confirmed Message
On successful recharge of the wallet, a success message will appear on the screen and the wallet amount also gets updated.
Updated Wallet Balance
Users can see the balance is updated in the customer's wallet.
Wallet Transaction
In wallet transaction display credit entries for customer wallet.
Wallet Payment Entries in Accounting
Account payment entry is also generated for customer wallet transactions.
Customer Wallet Balance in POS Screen
The customer's wallet balance appears on the POS home screen.
No Customer Warning
Users can not use the wallet payment option if there is no customer selected.
Empty Order Warning
Users can not use the wallet payment option if the product is not selected.
Not Sufficient Wallet Balance Warning
The customer should not pay more than its wallet balance availability and not more than the order amount.
Wallet Balance Availability Warning
Customers can not pay the amount if a wallet balance is not available or zero.
POS Payment Using Wallet
Customers can pay for the order using a wallet amount less then the total amount, for the remaining amount he/she can use different payment options.
POS Order Receipt
Users can see generated pos order receipt with the wallet amount, user also can check the remaining wallet amount on the receipt.
POS Order with Wallet Payment
Users can see the POS order entries with wallet transactions.
Updated Wallet Balance
Users can see wallet balance is updated after paying an order with the wallet balance.
