Overview

This module allows users to add multiple restaurant menus and menu sets on the website. It is possible to configure the menu for one day of the week and show it to customers only on the appropriate day. Customers can scan QR codes and view menus and menu sets in different languages on the website.

Configuration

For navigate to restaurant menu Home:

Go to your website Home page and add /webmenu to your url.
You can Consider to create menu link to /webmenu on your home website.

For configure restaurant menu home page:

Go to Website -> Configuration -> Settings
On Restaurant Menu Web Options section you can edit:
  • Restaurant Title: Title that appears on restaurant menu first page. No title appears if this option is not informed.
  • Restaurant Menu Background Image: Image that appears as background in initial section of restaurant menu first page.
  • Restaurant timezone: Restaurant time zone to calculate when the menu appear.
  • Click Save

For configure restaurant menu:

Go to Point Of Sale -> Configuration -> PoS Product Categories
  • Create New PoS Product Category
  • Check Webmenu option
  • Select currency for show on the products
  • Select website if the menu should only appear on a single website
  • Add Background Image, Content header and Content footer
  • Click Save

For configure restaurant menu set:

Go to Point Of Sale -> Configuration -> PoS Product Categories
  • Create New PoS Product Category
  • Check Webmenu option
  • Select Weekday option
  • Add Price for show on the home menu page
  • Select currency for show on the products
  • Select Initial slot time for show on the home menu page
  • Select End slot time for show on the home menu page
  • Select website if the menu should only appear on a single website
  • Add Background Image, Content header and Content footer
  • Click Save

For Configure restaurant menu sections:

Go to Point Of Sale -> Configuration -> PoS Product Categories
  • Create New PoS Product Category
  • Set category name
  • Select in the Parent Category field the main menu
  • Click Save

For Configure restaurant menu products:

Go to Point Of Sale -> Products -> Products
Find the product you want to configure and click on it or create new product.
  • Add product description on field Internal Notes
  • Set Sales Price
  • On Sales tab, select Category field
  • If you want the product not to appear in the menu, check the Hide on Menu Web field
  • Click Save

For print QR links:

Go to Point Of Sale -> Configuration -> PoS Product Categories
  • Go to PoS Product Category and Edit
  • On QR Settings section add Link to generate qr image and save
  • Click on Print QR button
  • Print PDF file

Website Home Restaurant Menus

Once the website restaurant menus is configured, and some of the menus are configured, navigate to the \webmenu url.

By clicking on the menu, navigate to menu and show categories, products and prices.

By clicking on the menu, navigate to menu and show categories and products.

By clicking on the + product, open popup window and show product internal note and image.

By clicking on the flag icons, the website changes the language.
