This module enhances the Odoo Point of Sale (POS) system by enabling businesses to send receipts directly to customers via WhatsApp Web. Configuration Guide
Go to Point of Sale → Configuration → WhatsApp Receipt. Configure your settings to connect with WhatsApp Web.
Ensure your POS devices are connected to the internet and have access to WhatsApp Web for successful sending of WhatsApp receipts.
To ensure seamless delivery of WhatsApp Web receipts, verify that the customer's mobile number is entered correctly at the point of sale. Customizations to receipt templates should be managed carefully to maintain clarity and essential information.
