Product Access by Sales Team
Restrict product visibility by Sales Team. Allows each team to access and sell only products from assigned categories, including filtered quotation templates and product variants.
This module allows each Sales Team to work only with products that belong to the product categories assigned to their team. Quotation Templates are linked to Sales Teams, ensuring that all products available in a template match the allowed categories. Sales Team members can only access products and variants related to the categories assigned to their team, providing better control and preventing cross-team product usage.
Key Features
- Restrict product visibility based on Sales Team configuration.
- Sales Administrators can access all products and manage product category assignments in each Sales Team.
- Each Sales Team can only see Quotation Templates assigned to that team.
How It Works
1. Assign Product Categories to a Sales Team
2. Quotation Templates
When creating a Quotation Template, a Sales Team must be selected. The products available in the template lines will depend on the product categories assigned to that team.
