Go to the Odoo Apps and find the Product Brochure With Sales & Quotation Reports module then Install it.
How to make it work

Open Sales app, Go to the Quotation or Orders and Select any Quotation or Sales order. Then, Select product from that particular order and click on Brochure section.
Upload a PDF file of Brochure and SAVE it.

Back to this particular order, Check the Include Product Brochure to Quotation field and Click on print.

Configuration
Open Sales app, Go to the Quotation or Orders and Select any Quotation or Sales order. Then, Select product from that particular order and click on Brochure section. Upload a PDF file of Brochure and SAVE it.
