Project Budget

Overview

This application used to manage Budget of Project and it's subprojects

Features

How It Works

Budget Group from User

User has group then able to see budget menu and manage budget





Project Budget Menu




Project Budget Kanban view

User can see budget details like name, owner, budget amounts, is in/over time, in/over budget without open record




Project Budget form view




User click Request for Approval

Once click this button then record move to 'pendign for approval' state and send mail to budget managers and also add status in budget chatter and after that user can't change anything

If more than one project budget managers then send mail to all




Approve/Reject buttons


Once click button in mail then show record and budget manager only show both buttons and configuration tab.




Approve Budget

User approve budget then send mail to user and other budget managers and record will be in approved state.


User approve budget then two buttons visible in budget line base on 'Procure Type'




Make Move button

Once click then open popup and user can make movement


User can able to show count of movement and also open movement via smart button


Once done movement that line's amount add in 'current budget spend amount' and Budget manager able to show.




Make PO button

Once click then open popup and user can make Purchase Order


User can able to show amount of po and also open purchase order via smart button


Once PO done and after that make invoice and do payment then that invoice amount add in 'current budget spend amount' and Budget manager able to show.

User can able to show amount of Invoice and also open Invoice via smart button.




Reject Budget

Once click reject button then open pop-up for Reject budget


User fill the reason and confirm then reason add in 'Project budget' and also send mail to user and other budget managers to budget is rejected and record will be cancelled.




Done Budget

Once click done button then record move to done state.




Warnings

Raise warning when budget amout is more than parent budget.


Raise warning when 'Total amout' is more than 'Budget amount'.





Allowed Exceed Budget

Tick Allowed Exceed Budget then avoid above warnings.




Actually Spend Amount

Budget Lines total + Child Budget total set in this field and is visible when 'Allowed Exceed Budget' tick.




Budget Details in Project

Once click smart button then user can access budget.




Reports

Two reports available.




Budget Summary Report

This report display current budget detail.




Budget Detailed Summary Report

This report display current budget and child budget detail base on project configuration

let me know if it do support  imprest management in in accounting

Actually imprest management is not covered in this app.
