Este módulo te permite realizar un diseño integral MEP (Mecánico, Eléctrico y Plomería) para pozos profundos directamente en Odoo. Obtén la Altura Dinámica Total (ADT), selecciona el motor ideal y recomienda el calibre de cable AWG óptimo con un solo clic, generando memorias técnicas listas para auditoría.
Características Principales
Hidráulica Precisa (Hazen-Williams)
Calcula a la perfección la Altura Dinámica Total (ADT) considerando la fricción en columnas y descargas, el estado de la tubería (coeficiente C) y las pérdidas por accesorios.
Diseño Eléctrico y Ampacidad
Evalúa automáticamente calibres de cobre AWG (del 14 al 1/0) comprobando los límites de ampacidad y garantizando que la caída de tensión esté dentro del estándar recomendado (< 3%).
Selección de Motor Comercial
A partir del BHP requerido y la eficiencia estimada, el sistema cruza los datos con estándares industriales para sugerir automáticamente la potencia nominal del motor a instalar.
Memoria Técnica en PDF
Genera un reporte formal, descargable y detallado con la información del pozo, resultados hidráulicos, eléctricos y el descargo de responsabilidad profesional, listo para presentar a clientes.
¿Cómo funciona?
Ingresa los datos del pozo (Caudal, Niveles Estático/Dinámico), configura las tuberías y especifica el voltaje de operación. Al pulsar Calcular Sistema MEP, el módulo ejecutará toda la ingeniería subyacente al instante, validando incoherencias técnicas en el acto.
