Purchase Extra Charges
This module allows you to add extra charges for each product in RFQ and Purchase Orders and extra price can be posted to a specified account. Extra Charges will also affect product cost valuation.
Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition and Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.
How to use
- Configure extra charges on product form -> Choose a level of inclusion for your extra charges (if to add the extra charge to accounting entries or stock entries or both) -> Choose an extra account journal for your accounting entries -> Choose an expense account to be debited -> Choose an extra charge account to credit
- You can also set the default extra charge for this product in percentage of cost price or as a fixed amount.
- During creation of an RFQ, you can then see the extra charge column automatically set when you choose the product, this value can be modified.
- After the RFQ has been confirmed as a Purchase Order you can click the button labelled 'Post Extra Charges' to post the accounting entries created for this extra charge.
- Purchase extra price report can also be gotten for each product purchase.
NOTE: We give 60 days support for our customers. Before trying in your live db, please ask us to provide you for test link. If any other custom modules are installed and because of that some errors occurs then we charge extra.
