Purchase order lines are automatically highlighted based on margin thresholds. Red lines indicate critical low margins, yellow lines show margin warning levels. This margin calculation feature provides instant visual feedback.
Configure margin thresholds and company-specific settings in Odoo. Set default red and yellow margin thresholds, enable margin warnings for specific companies, and configure purchase order blocking rules.
View calculated margin percentage directly in purchase order lines. The margin calculation is automatically computed and displayed for each product, helping you make informed purchasing decisions.
When purchase order blocking is enabled, the system prevents confirming purchase orders with negative profit margins or margins below the configured margin threshold. This provides business protection against selling at a loss.
