KARDEX AVERAGE METHOD REPORT
The average Kardex is a fundamental record for accurate inventory management. It meticulously
tracks the inflow and outflow of products, continuously updating the average cost of each item.
Features:
- Thanks to the optimization in database record creation, it is possible to perform bulk downloads
of thousands of transactions in seconds, without long wait times.
- The header background color and text color in the Excel file are fully customizable, allowing
users to adjust both according to their preferences.
- The report offers two presentation options: in a single worksheet, where product movements are
shown separately within the same sheet, or in separate sheets, where the movements of each
product are presented on individual sheets.
- The report is automatically configured for printing, adjusting margins optimally and fitting the
page format, while also including page numbers for a professional and print-ready presentation.
- The summary report includes a comprehensive overview covering the total of all entries and
exits. The balance section details the quantity, cost, and total, providing a clear and complete
view of the inventory status.
- All movements are recorded based on the inventory valuation from the native Odoo module,
ensuring accurate and consistent data updates.
Usage
- Go to the Inventory menu and then to reports, and then to
kardex.
Wizard
- Filter by two criteria: month and date range.
- Filter by product category or specific products. If no option is selected, all products will be
displayed.
- In settings, you can change the header text and background colors of the report. You can also
choose whether the report should be displayed on a single page or if each product and its
movements should be shown on separate pages.
- There are two available buttons: one to download the full Kardex and another to download the
summary report.
