Typical Workflow
- Create a Signature Request in Odoo.
- Upload the source PDF.
- Select a configured DocuSign provider.
- Enter recipient information.
- Send the document for signature.
- Track status through webhooks.
- Archive the completed document and evidence.

- A customer-owned DocuSign account
- DocuSign API access and integration credentials
- Public HTTPS access to the Odoo installation
- Production credentials for live signing
Electronic Signature and QES Notice
This module is an integration connector and does not itself issue qualified certificates or act as a Qualified Trust Service Provider. The legal signature level â SES, AES or QES â depends on the customer's DocuSign account, identity-verification flow, qualified certificate, production entitlements and trust-service provider configuration.
