Set Up
To begin with, have the Odoo Email CC and BCC Module for Odoo downloaded in your system.
For its proper setup, go through the below steps.
Firstly, you need to install the Odoo Email CC and BCC App from Odoo Apps.
It's easy to locate, just search on the name, you can identify it with the Email CC and BCC icon.
Hold on, you also need to enable it.
Apps >> Odoo Email CC and BCC >> Install
Work Flow for Profit & Loss T-type Report
Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Companies.Select the company for which you want to set the CC, BCC, and Reply-To addresses.

You can see the Predefined Cc Recipients, Predefined Bcc Recipients, and Reply-To Address fields under the General Information tab. Enter the
appropriate values in these fields and save the changes.
Open any sale order that is in the Quotation state. You will see the Send by Email button, click on it.
An email pop-up will appear. In this pop-up, you can see the CC, BCC, and Reply-To fields populated with the default values that were set in the company form. If you want to change that value, then you can.
