Hide PDF Report for Restricted Users

Restrict PDF Report Odoo App for Users

This module will allow your admin to restrict pdf reports for specific users and also allow you to restrict/hide pdf reports for a specific group as shown in below screenshots.

Main Features:

  • Allow your admin to restrict to see pdf report by hiding it from some users (allow admin to go to report action and assigned those users on the restricted user's tab).
  • Allow your admin to restrict to see pdf report by hiding it from the group if you assign it to the user form (allow admin to go to user form and tick group as shown).
  • It hides pdf reports when a user is restricted to printing pdf when they log in to the system and go to that view.
  • Also the system will restrict if users try to print pdf reports using wizard menus.
  • This does not break or affect the flow of cron jobs or automated actions which send reports automatically while code executes.
  • Note: This is only applicable for pdf reports of the system.
