Step 1: Product Configuration

• Go to the product form in Odoo and check the 'Returnable' option for products that can be returned.

Step 2: Sale Order Creation

• Navigate to the Sales module and create a new Sale Order. Add both returnable and non-returnable products to the order.
• Click on 'Confirm' to validate the Sale Order.

Step 3: Delivery Order Processing

• After confirming the Sale Order, Odoo automatically generates a corresponding Delivery Order.
• Open the Delivery Order and click 'Validate' to process the shipment.

Step 4: Product Return Process

• If a return is needed, open the Delivery Order and click on 'Return'.
• If you select a non-returnable product for return, Odoo will display an error message preventing the return.
• Ensure that only returnable products are included in the return request, as non-returnable items will be blocked.
