Our Jewelry Management System provides a professional end-to-end framework to manage raw precious metals, calculate dynamic market-based prices, track unique stones with GIA certificates, and handle artisan (Karigar) payouts, weight losses, and customer saving schemes.

- Serialized Gemstone & GIA Tracking: Keep detailed records of unique gemstones and diamonds in Odoo stock lots. Track essential qualities like carat, color, clarity, cut, GIA report links, and Hallmark Unique Identification Numbers (HUID).
- Interactive OWL Dashboard: Access a unified dashboard featuring live metal prices, total inventory valuations, active repairs, karigar counts, active savings schemes, and cumulative manufacturing weight losses.
- Artisan (Karigar) MRP Workflows: Allocate production jobs to specific Karigars. Track issued weight, received weight, and calculate manufacturing weight loss automatically to prevent raw material leaks.
- Jewelry Savings Schemes (Kitty): Configure custom recurring installment schemes (e.g. 11-month savings with a 1-month bonus). Track monthly payments, maturity status, and redeem value for customers.

Jewelry Management Configuration
1. First Select the group User or Manager
2. Interactive OWL Dashboard Overview
3. Configure Base Metal Types
4. Configure prices of Base metal types
5. Configure purities of the metal types
6. You can also add Karigar(Artisan) from the Configuration menu
7. Customized product details as per the jewelry management
8. You can create gemstone lots from the Gemstone Lots menu
9. Customized manufacturing order as per the jewelry management
10. One can create Active Subscriptions for the customers from Active Subscriptions menu
11. You can also create Gold Schemes plans for the customers from Gold Schemes menu
12. You can also repair old jewelry for the customers from repair menu
