Our Sale Quotation Auto Expiry module auto expires the quotations and send reminder before expiry along with the renewal of the quotations.

Workflow
Set Validity Days – Configure the number of days expiration date get set from quotation created automatically in Sales settings.
Renew Quotation – Renew the Expired Quotation with a button.
Email Reminder – Set Email reminder to the customer before the quotation is expire automatically when configure through Sales settings.
Sale Quotation Auto Expiry in Odoo
1. Set Quotation Expiration Days in Sales settings.
2. When user creates sales quotation the expiration date will automatically set as per the setting value (example: 5 days from quotation creation).
3. Once the quotation is beyond expiration date the state of quotation will be change to Expired automatically.
4. We can renew the quotation by clicking on 'Renew Quotation' button.
5. The state will change to Quotation and the expiration date will be extend as per the value given in the sales settings (In this case 5 days from the renew quotation).
6. We can also set Email Reminder from the sales setting.
7. A configurable number of days is defined in the settings. If the value is set to 2, the reminder email will be automatically sent to the customer two days before the quotation’s expiration date.
