Functions
Automatic Head Office Branch Creation
Upon installing the module, existing companies will automatically have their Head Office branches created, ensuring a smooth transition into the multi-branch environment.
User Branch Assignment
Automatically set Allowed Branches and Default Branch for existing users, simplifying the user setup process and ensuring proper access rights.
Branch Creation and Management
Users with system setting permissions can create branches under Settings > Users & Companies > Branches menu.
and complete it with branch-specific information such as addresses, phone numbers, and Tax ID.
Assign Branch User
User can assign a branch for which specific user is belongs. Dropdown for allowed branch.
Note: need to activate companies to be able to see branches of different companies. Otherwise only the branches of the current company can be seen.
Branch Access Rights
Implement strict access control with our Multi Branches permission group, allowing only authorized users to select, view, and filter branches in the search view.
Branch On Contact
when creating a new contact, automatically populate the current branch with that contact. Only Multi Branches permission can see or edit branch information
