Sale Trigger Notviewed Quotation
Description
This module creates an Activity for the sales person when Quotation sent via mail is not viewed.
Configuration
After installing the Sale Trigger Notviewed Quotation application, the feature will be enabled.
Go to Sales - - > Configuration - - > Settings.
Quotation View Delay (in days) is created which is set as 1 Day inorder to create activity when Quotation is not viewed by a customer after 1 day.
Functionality
Create New Quotations in the Sales Dashboard.
Fill in the customer details and add the product for which the quotation is to be created, save and click send by email button and click Send button to send the quotation by email.
Now, the quotation is in the Quotation Sent state.
Go to Settings - - > Technical - - > Automation - - > Scheduled Actions.
There's a scheduled action created named “Create Activity When Quotation not Viewed” to create activity when Quotation is not viewed by a customer.
We can see that the activity is created for the salesperson in Log Note
when the quotation is not viewed by the customer
within the days mentioned in the settings “Quote view
delay”.
We can filter the Quotations based on the Quote Sent Date, Quote Acitivity Triggered and Quote Viewed Date.
In the below scenario, with Quotation View Delay (in days) field value set as 1 day. Quotations were sent on one day and the Quote Activity Triggered on the next day.
