Overview
This module provides a comprehensive comparison of sales and purchase transactions over a selected period. It enables businesses to evaluate sales performance against procurement costs at both product and product category levels.
This module supports multi-company and multi-currency environments and automatically converts transactional values into the company’s base currency for accurate analysis. It calculates key performance indicators such as sales quantity, purchase quantity, sales value, purchase value, profit margin, and stock movement ratio helping users assess profitability and inventory efficiency.
Access to the report is restricted to Sales Managers and Purchase Managers. Users can generate the analysis through a guided wizard and export results in PDF and Excel formats for easy sharing and decision-making.

Sales → Reporting → Sales vs Purchase Comparison Report
Select the From Date and To Date for the analysis period
(If enabled) Select one or more Companies for multi-company analysis
Click Print PDF Report & Print Excel Report to view the comparison results
Open Pivot View to analyze totals, trends, and performance metrics
