Odoo Employee Expense Wallet Management App
HR expense wallet management app is used for managing the wallet management process for employee expenses. employee managers can add money into the wallet of each employee via the accounting payment option and recharge the wallet. once the wallet has balance, an employee can use it for his/her expense and complete the expense report process.
Configure the Access Rights
Salesperson expense wallet assigned users access for wallet menu.
Create Wallet
Create wallet for employee.
Journal Entry For Employee Expense
Journal entry for both wallet and expense.
Description
Select the Configurations
User can select configurations for expense wallet.
Select Wallet Journal
User can select wallet journal for expense wallet in company.
Expense Wallet Access User Create Wallet Workflow
After selecting the configurations user can create wallet from Expense --> Wallet, here user create wallet for specific user and add money. user add money any time in wallet.
Expense Wallet Form View
Expense wallet form view user can create expense after user add wallet in add wallet button.
Add Wallet
When user click add wallet then following wizard open, we click add wallet then wallet entry create.
Wallet Journal Entry
User can see wallet journal entry in journal entries smart button.
Employee Create Expense
Expense To Approve
Journal Post Entry
Now create post journal entry.
Wallet Minus Expense
When user click on post journal entry button then total expense amount minus to total wallet amount.
Journal Entry for Expense
When user click on post journal entry button then following journal is created.
