Customer Account Statements in One Click
Generate professional PDF account statements directly from the customer form. Filter by payment status, pick a date range, and download instantly — no extra steps.
After installing the module, the Generate Statement button appears automatically on every customer's form view inside the Invoicing app.
Navigation Path
Open a Customer Record
Go to Invoicing → Customers, remove the default filter, and open any customer.
Click "Generate Statement"
The button is in the top action bar of the customer form — right alongside Edit, Action, and other buttons.
Set Your Filters & Date Range
Choose a filter mode and adjust the date range in the popup wizard.
Print / Download PDF
Click the button and the statement opens directly as a PDF — ready to save or share.

One-Click Statement
A single "Generate Statement" button on the customer form launches the wizard. No menu hunting, no configuration needed.
3 Smart Filters
Show All Invoices & Payments, Unpaid/Partially Paid Only, or Paid Invoices Only — whichever view serves your purpose.
Flexible Date Range
Pick from preset ranges (Last Month, Last 3 Months, This Year, etc.) or set a custom From/To date to match any reporting period.
Running Balance
Every line shows its running balance alongside Debit and Credit columns, so the customer can trace exactly how their balance changed.

Date filtering uses Invoice Date. The date range filter matches invoices by their invoice date, and payments by the date they were registered. Make sure your invoices are dated correctly for the statement to show them in the expected period.
