How the Purchase Tracking Works
Product List View Integration
Navigate to the Purchase module and open the Products or Product Variants list view. Our module automatically displays the Last PO (Purchase Order) reference and the Last Purchase Date in new dedicated columns. This allows you to track procurement history for all products at a single glance without opening individual records.
Quick Navigation: The Last PO reference is fully clickable, redirecting you immediately to the original Purchase Order for detailed inspection.
Detailed Purchase Info in Product Form
Open any individual Product Variant and navigate to the Purchase tab. A new dedicated section called "Last Purchase Information" is added after the purchase description. This section provides a clean and structured view of the most recent Purchase Order and its exact Order Date for that specific product.
Read-Only Insights: These fields are automatically updated and kept read-only to ensure data integrity, allowing managers to quickly verify the last price or vendor details by clicking the link.
