How the Last Sale Works
Product List View Integration
Navigate to the Sales or Inventory module and open the Product Variants list. Our module automatically injects the Last SO and Last SO Date columns into the tree view. This allows you to track the most recent sale reference and date for every product at a single glance without opening individual records.
Dynamic Relative Dates: The 'Last SO Date' uses the remaining_days
widget to show human-readable timing like "Today" or "31 days ago" for better clarity.
Detailed Last Sale Information on Form View
Open any Product record to view the dedicated "Last Sale Information" group. The module displays the Last SO reference and the exact Last SO Date. This integration is strategically placed under the sales description, providing users with quick context during sales and stock inquiries.
Direct Navigation: The 'Last SO' field is fully clickable. Sales teams can instantly jump to the actual Sale Order document to review pricing, quantities, or customer details, significantly reducing manual search time.
