Accountable person. Alternative to HR Expense
The module solves the problem of standard Odoo app "hr_expense" regarding:
- the inability to record the purchase of stockable products by employees and to make operations with those inventory items,
- the absence of fully built reconcile mechanism for settlements with accountable persons.
Important! Self-ERP guarantees quality of developed modules but cannot guarantee compatibility with all the third-party modules that can be installed on your database. Please review Sales Conditions and Odoo Apps FAQ to ensure that you understand all the responsibilities of the customer and module supplier before installing the module.

Settings
In Contacts that have related employees, User should specify in the Accounting tab of the contact form the account to be used for mutual settlements with accountable persons (with the type as "Payable").
Usage
To the Purchase and Accounting app there were added additional menus for settlements with accountable persons.
Go to:
Purchase / Orders / Purchases from accountable persons
Accounting / Vendors / Advance Reports
All the operations with the accountable persons will be recorded through those menus.
When creating advanced reports, the User will be able to select only Contact that has a related employee(s).
Validated Advance Report (like a Vendor Bill) would record the liability through the account that is specified in the Contact form of Employee.
