Self ERP - Ukrainian company integrator of complex automated solutions for business development and management based on Odoo 16 Enterprise

Settlements with partners in terms of contracts

The module adds the ability to specify additional analytics "Contract" when reflecting mutual settlements with Partners (counterparties) in accounting.

The module solves the basic problem of Odoo regarding:

  • the user's inability to record settlements with Partners in terms of Contracts but only as a whole per Partner.

Important! Self-ERP guarantees quality of developed modules but cannot guarantee compatibility with all the third-party modules that can be installed on your database. Please review Sales Conditions and Odoo Apps FAQ to ensure that you understand all the responsibilities of the customer and module supplier before installing the module.

If you encounter any bugs or problems with Self-ERP modules, please contact our support team at support@self-erp.com.

Settings

The User should create a Contract with a Partner from the corresponding menu item.
There are two types of contracts: "Sales" and "Purchase".

  • Contracts with the type "Sales" are available in Sales App, Accounting App (Customers), Contact App.
  • Contracts of the type "Purchase" are available in Purchase App, Accounting App (Vendors), Contact App.

By default, the system consistently generates an internal number for the Contract.

Usage

When registering a Sale (Sale Order/Customer Invoice) or Purchase (Purchase Order/Vendor Bill), select the Contract in the appropriate field.

After the Customer Invoice / Vendor Bill is validated, the specified Contract will be displayed as an additional analytics on the account with the type "Receivable" or "Payable".

After the Customer Invoice / Vendor Bill is validated, the specified Contract will be displayed as an additional analytics on the account with the type "Receivable" or "Payable".

Also there is an option to specify the Contract with the Partner on the bank reconciliation widget.
