Self ERP - Ukrainian company integrator of complex automated solutions for business development and management based on Odoo 16 Enterprise
Import Bank Statement from Excel/CSV file
The module solves the basic problem of Odoo regarding:
- the user's inability to automatically and easily import bank statements in CSV or Excel files which are specific to each separate Bank.
The user can configure import templates by him/her self or modify existing ones.
The module includes pre-configured templates for importing bank statements from the following banks: PrivatBank, UkrSibbank, Aval, PUMB, Credit Agricole and Kredobank.
Those mentioned bank templates are applicable for Ukraine.
Settings
Go to:
Accounting / Configuration / Journals and choose those with the "Bank" type.
The User should select the Bank feeds option as "Import (CAMT, CSV, OFX)" and select the appropriate import mapping template:
Accounting / Configuration / Bank Statements Import Mapping
(Note: CAMT and OFX are file formats commonly used for exchanging financial data between banks and accounting software.)

Usage
Go to:
Accounting / Accounting Dashboard / find the corresponding bank journal / click the "Import Statement" button and select the file (Excel/CSV file)
