In this module, we have added a customer sign up form on the website. So customer can do registration/sign up from the website. The responsible persons get an email notification on the customer sign up. We provide the option for a customer to the auto-create portal user when signup.

Configuration for the customer signup.
Go to the 'Customer Request' menu on the website to signup from the website.
Fill customer signup form and press the "Submit" button.
It shows a success notification after submitting the form.
