Dynamic Shipping Method is a sophisticated feature designed to streamline the process of calculating delivery charges in sales quotations and orders. This method harnesses advanced algorithms to dynamically assess various factors such as the customer's district, state, and the distance to be covered for delivery. By utilizing this information, the system automatically generates accurate delivery charges, ensuring transparency and fairness in pricing for customers.

Dynamic Shipping Method Installation: Shipping method features will be enabled upon installing this module.
Shipping Charges Calculation in Tamil Nadu: District and State-Based Adjustments By default, in the state of Tamil Nadu, shipping charges are calculated based on the customer's district and the weight of the product. If the company and customer are in the same district, weight-based charges apply with potential discounts. However, if the company and customer are in different districts and states, and the distance is significant, shipping charges are adjusted accordingly.

Selecting Shipping Methods for Delivery Charges
After clicking the 'Shipping Method' button, suitable delivery charges based on the selected customer's district, state, and the weight of line items will be displayed in a popup window. Users can verify the charges and click on the 'Add' button to include them in the line items. These charges will also be printed in the sale quotation PDF report.
