When we encountered the problem of not being able to connect to Shopify normally, the customer service not only provided basic video tutorials, but also willingly provided test environment for troubleshooting and locate problems, patiently and professionally provided solutions, and now it can be connected normally.

This Shopify integration is working as expected, it covers everything we needed to do. The support of the Teqstars team is very good. They do not hesitate to jump on a call and they always reply very fast. This is much valuable.

The only thing I would like to see improved is the depth of the online documentation. But they cover all the questions you have by email or by phone so you are not left alone.

We have been using the Teqstars Shopify app since V14 and it's great to see that they continue to improve the functionality in addition to better documentation in V16. 

The unique nature of our business required some customization which their support provided quickly, accurately and at a very reasonable cost. Every time I've had to reach out with a question I receive a response by the next day (I open a support ticket with Odoo and I'm lucky to hear back in a week). As others have mentioned, the support they offer is exceptional, a crucial factor when choosing a third party app.  

If you're looking around for a Shopify integration I would highly recommend giving Teqstars a try.

This has been a reliable and well-performing integration for our large Shopify store. The developers are every responsive and the documentation is clear. There are a few items which I personally think might be improved with regard to the interface and language, but I am sure that can and will be improved since it is in active development. If you're looking for a Shopify integration to bring in your inventory items and the stock numbers, then you're found it!

TeqStars' integration of Shopify with Odoo is exceptional. We did a replatform to Shopify some time ago and they were there to support us with this process. Their support is the best I've ever seen so far, and I've bought a lot of apps and tools in my life. We wouldn't be the business we are nowadays without them. Hi, i'am Giulia.

This is the third app that i buy to connect shopify to odoo and finally find something good!
I absolutely recommend this app, be careful what you buy because there are a lot of scams around... the apps i purchased previously not only don't work but they didn't even give me a refund... they no longer respond!

But this app works perfectly!! 
Also I'm not very experienced but the assistance guided me step by step with a meet video call. As soon as I contacted them they responded immediately providing me with the necessary support. Not only, days later did they get back to me to find out if everything was going well and I still needed help!
An amazing experience.

We used this connector during our transition from Shopify to Odoo. It performed well at the main job I needed of pulling historical and current orders from Shopify into Odoo. I did not use all of the features.

We received notification from Shopify and they told us that they have new changes to the API:

We’re sending you this email because one or more apps installed on your Shopify store are making calls to APIs that will be removed soon and will soon be unsupported. These apps must be updated by a developer before April 1, 2024 to continue working normally.

We encourage you to forward this email to the partner or developer who maintains your apps, and have them update your apps based on the information below. If you don’t currently have a developer maintaining your apps, you can hire a Shopify expert.

What your developer needs to know

One or more of your custom apps have made deprecated API calls in the last 30 days. Support for these versions will be removed on April 1, 2024. Please update the apps listed below to API version 2023-07 or later to ensure they continue to function correctly.


Breaking changes:

  • The gateway, payment_details, and processing_method fields on the Order resource have been removed. The `orders/transactions.json` REST endpoint, and the `transactions` GraphQL connection provide correct information per transaction set. View change.
  • The delivery_category field has been removed from the ShippingLine REST Admin API. View change.

Perfect connector

It was my first time using a shopify connector and having to do with shopify.

The connector works intuitive. First time it didn't synchonize all products, but the reason was simply that the customer didn't set all SKUs. Gladly the connector logs told us this so we could correct it. The logs menu is really helpful.

Second time it didn't synchronize the inventory quantities but the Teqstars quickly replied and we had a meeting and everything works properly now.

They also provided a documentation, when I asked for it and the documentation is good and contains also all information needed.

I will use this connector for other customers too and can recommend it.

this is the third app that i buy for try to connect shopify and odoo.

The other doesn't work and also they don't answer, no assistance. And no refound!!!

They guide me step by step with the configuration by a videocall. Really great...amazing service!
