OVERVIEW
In Inventory >> Pickings.
Clicking the Pickings menu will reveal the submenus: To Merge and Merged Pickings.
In "To Merge" screen, show all the transfers records, which is in "Ready" state.
In "Merged Pickings" screen, show only the merged records.
Here we can select,which picking records we want to merge.
In Merge picking wizard we can see selected pickings for merging.
When the user clicks the 'Merge Pickings' button, an alert message appears at the top-right corner displaying 'Selected Records Merged Successfully'. The reference number in the message is clickable, allowing the user to navigate directly to the respective form view.
Creates a new merged picking record.
Moves the selected records to the 'Cancelled' state after merging.
Displays a 'Merged Document' field with the merged record reference in the form view of cancelled records.
Only records with 'Ready' status can be merged; otherwise, a user error is displayed.
Prevents merging of different partner types and displays a user error.
Merging records with different statuses is not allowed; a user error is displayed.
Prevents merging of records with different operation types and displays a user error.
Merging records with different location types is not allowed; a user error is displayed.
Merging a single picking is not allowed; a user error is displayed.
