Overview

Upon Sale Order creation for "Out of Stock" products, Users typically use the Purchase Order (PO) module to replenish stock.Yet, our module enables direct creation of Purchase Orders from Sale Orders via the "Create Purchase Order" Button. Streamlining the process and boosting efficiency.This feature eliminates the need for manual navigation, Enhancing user convenience.

Screenshots

In sales quotations, if product quantities exceed available stock, a Checkbox is automatically checked.

If the Onhand quantity is less than the Product's quantity, Create Purchase Order button will be shown automatically.

After clicking the Create Purchase Order button the Wizard will be shown as the image seen below.

If we want to add the products which are in the Sale Order, Click on Select All Checkbox.

Or else, If the user wants to add an additional product, or make any changes in the Quantity click on the Add a line.

In the Order Selection, the user can select the RFQ or Purchase Order option.

If the user, selects the RFQ option, the orders will be in RFQ state. If the user, selects the Purchase Order option, the orders will be in the Purchase Order state.

If the user creates the Purchase Order the count will be show in the Purchase smart button.

If the user creates the Purchase Order, the Sale Order number will be shown in the Purchase Order screen.

If the user clicks the Purchase smart button, the Tree View will be shown.

If the user clicks the Record on the Tree View, the Purchase Order Form will be shown.
