Merge Purchase Orders

This module provide feature for Merge Purchase Orders

Configuration to set type of merge order and action to be performed for merge order(s)

1.Manual selection: User have to select Purchase order manually to merge another order(s)
2.Merge to earliest: It will Merge data in earliest created purchase order(s) from selected
3.Merge to latest: It will Merge data in latest created purchase order(s) from selected

Configuration action for merged purchase orders

1.Cancel Po: It will cancel the merged purchase order(s)
2.Delete Po: It will delete the merged purchase order(s)

User can have a track of merged purchase order(s)





Configuration for merge purchase order feature, merge type and action for merged purchase order(s)



Merge Type : Manual Selection
Action : Cancel Po
User have to select purchase orders which are in draft state basically RFQ(s) of same partner.
It will gives Merge Po action, here one have to select po manually in which other po will be merged.


It will Merge Purchase order of same partner in manually selected purchase order and cancel remainig.
Merge Po will save in Source Document field.
