Attendance Xlsx Report
⬛ This module allows you to Export and manage attendance data in Excel Report.
Key Features
✍ Each day is marked with attendance status: P, A,
✍ Displays name, department, and day-wise attendance in rows.
✍ Saturdays and Sundays are recognized based on weekday index and marked accordingly (SAT, SUN).
✍ Integrated with public holiday recognition (PH).
✍ Excel (XLSX) attendance reporting.
✍ Supports Any Date Range: Not restricted to a single month – user can define any custom range.
Wizard with Filters:
✍ Start Date and End Date selection
✍ Department filter
✍ Individual Employee filter
Leave Type Names
✍ SL → Short Leave
✍ AL → Annual Leave
✍ SIL → Sick Leave
✍ CL → Casual Leave
✍ CPL → Compensatory Leave
✍ L → Fallback/default for other types
Formatted Excel Output:
✍ Bold headers, center alignment, color-coded cells:
✍ Green → Present
✍ Red → Absent
✍ Yellow → Leave
✍ Grey → Weekend
✍ Orange → Public Holiday
LEGEND:
✍ At the bottom : explains all codes used (P, A, L, SAT, PH, etc.)

Sample Screenshots
1.Go to Attendance module.
2.Click on "Reporting".
3.Click on "Attendance Report".
4.Attendance Report wizard will open.
5.Select "Start Date","End Date","Department","Employee".
6.Then click "Download Excel" button.
7.Attendance Report will generate.
8.At the end of report,you can see the Legend of Report.
