When selecting BOM in sale order for a product that has multiple BOM, the MO is created with the wrong BOM

Not working
I followed the instructions, but its showing an error when confirming the sale order:
"The operation cannot be completed: Reference must be unique per Company!"
The error is showing only when selecting BOM in the sale order.
